Clearly incompetent management by FirstPort, specifically regarding the gym equipment which has been out of action for over 6 months with no clear resolution, extermley poor communication, and no accountability whatsoever. I have been forced to refer this to the Property Ombudsman. Residents deserve far better for the service charges being paid.
