What a let down. I spent $12k a night on a room and you would expect to be surprised and delighted. But you best enter this hotel with low expectations. Let’s start with the VIP greeting which there is nothing vip about it. The driver was no where to be found. Had to call hotel to find him. He insists he was there but neither myself nor airport assist could find him. But that’s fine. Not even an offer to help with my bags so I lug them through the airport following him. Arrive at a beautiful room greeted with 2 stale croissants. Btw this is the only thing they ever surprised me with. The butler service is little more disjointed WhatsApp. Most questions take 30 min for responses. Had to ask for my laundry that never arrived. You’d think for 12k service would be on point and they’d anticipate needs….it was anything but. Not close to what a hotel of this caliber should be.
