The Bryson Hotel

My wife and I recently completed a wonderful 4-night stay at The Bryson Hotel, and we cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional hospitality we received! This was our first time staying here, and my very first impression set the tone for the entire trip. When I initially called to enquire about the hotel, Mr. Sai (Reservation & Front Office Manager) answered the call. He was immensely helpful, taking the time to detail the hotel’s facilities, room offerings, and prime location benefits. His professionalism and warmth fully convinced me to choose The Bryson over the other options we were considering. Prior to check-in, Mr. Sai kindly allowed us to store our luggage a day in advance and even offered to show us our assigned rooms to give us total peace of mind. Throughout our stay—despite the terrible heat outside—he checked in on us regularly to ensure we were comfortable. Whenever we experienced minor hiccups or needed extra requests, such as additional pillows, towels, or assistance with services, Mr. Sai responded promptly and put everything in order effortlessly. Compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in London previously, his standard of service is truly unmatched. A special kudos as well to Ms. Lolita in the breakfast restaurant! She was remarkably attentive and made every effort to ensure our breakfast experience was top-notch every single morning. Mr. Sai is an outstanding, model hotel staff member who made a lasting impact on our stay. We laud The Bryson Hotel for having such stellar talent on their team, and my wife and I will certainly be recommending this hotel to all our friends and family visiting London!
