- * At the time of check-in, a government issued photo ID i.e. driver’s license, passport, ID card etc. will be required from ALL guests staying over the age of 18. * Apartments are accessed via a mobile key, whereby guests are required to download an app. * Housekeeping service is available upon request at an additional charge. * Apartments are only accessible by stairs there is no elevator/elevator in the building.

- If the credit/debit card cannot be produced, alternatively, a second payment can be made at check-in by a different method, and the original card will be refunded.
- A fine of GBP 150 will be imposed on any guest who smokes on the hotel premises.
