Called and cancelled my booking at 2:50pm whilst I was walking down the street trying to find the hotel. Claimed some water issues. Offered no apology and I had to spend £300+ getting a new room, as I was in London for a gig at Wembley and had travelled in by train. Very poor service and seems they make a habit of doing this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
