Mar was an excellent property manager and looked after all our needs for 2 weeks.These apartments are in an excellent location, right next to the tube station. Communication was great and instructions were clear. The apartment block can be a bit tricky to find so avoid checking in late at night. The main improvement points are that hot water is not always sufficient for 2 people and only 1 day's supply of toiletries are provided. Apart from this, unit 994 was clean and quiet and is worth staying at again in London.

- Please note that guests must provide a copy of their passports and of the credit card holder's passport, by email, prior to arrival. The property may also require proof of address.
- Please note that the address of each apartment may vary and will be confirmed by the property prior to arrival.
- The standard check-in time is from 15:00 until 19:00, and needs to be agreed prior to arrival. Later arrivals are possible at the following charges:
- After 19:00 GBP 30
- After 22:00 GBP 80.
- The charges apply as a member of staff must be present after hours to meet guests at the property, provide keys, and to show them around. We may be able to waive this fee and offer a self check in in some cases.
- Please note that all children under the age of 2 must be accommodated in a baby cot. Guests can bring their own travel cot or a cot can be provided for an additional fee of GBP 75 per week, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
- Please note that children should be included in the occupancy and the maximum occupancy may not be exceeded.
