The location of the apartments is good and the building itself is quiet, especially if you stay on the upper floor. The apartment was clean and access was straightforward. However, during most of our stay the room was excessively warm because the heating system seemed to be on and there was no way to control it from inside the apartment. For the first three nights we had to sleep with the window open and run the fan continuously to make the temperature tolerable, which added noise during the night. We reported the issue during the stay and maintenance eventually came and switched off the heating, after which the temperature improved. Unfortunately, this happened only towards the end of the stay, so it affected most of our nights there. If the heating control issue were addressed, the stay would have been much more comfortable.
