They canceled our reservation one day before arrival for “unforeseen circumstances”. They offered no compensation or rebooking for us! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY do not stay here! They do not care about their customers and do not know how to operate.

- Please inform Sonder Oxford Circus in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guests stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests are not allowed to book a stay in their city of residence. Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are not allowed. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is limited parking in the area, but there is plenty to discover within walking distance. A deposit may be required at the property.
