Stayed here a couple of nights for a festival in Camden recently. I was in a 10 man dorm. £35 on 10% off on returning stay Positives: Good value clean room Clean bathroom Locker provided (bring your own lock) Toothpaste & brushes for sale Bed was standard comfort Bed was spacious (I'm 6"5 and didn't feel claustrophobic) Bunks are like pods so no shaking beds when scaled Breakfast available for extra charge Shower water warms quickly Reading light in bunk Friendly staff Excellent location Various shops/bars/restaurants/cafes nearby Quiet enough just off the main track Common room with lounge room/TV room. For eating and drinking. Outdoor communal area Communal toilet Negatives: Doors/ tight stairways are unavoidably noisy at night Bathroom/shower has enough room to swing a small gerbil Towel is extra charge No personal charging point in bunk (some shared ones available in room, some more in communal and reception) I enjoyed my stay and would return

- Guests choose their own bed upon check-in (the hostel is unable to hold specific beds in advance).
- Guests arriving early to check-in may store their luggage for free. There is a fee for luggage storage after check-out.
- Guests aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years and over. Children from the ages 12 years or younger must be booked into private rooms.
- Bookings of 15 or more guests are considered a group booking. Group bookings are required to have the full cost of booking paid no less than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 12 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Smart Hostels reserves the right to cancel it otherwise.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
