Only a brief one night stay, as was attending a show at the Royal Albert Hall. Very short walk from Bayswater tube. Reception was great, warm welcome with everything explained. Sadly I was out before dinner was served so didn't get to try it. Single room was spacious and included a fridge, bonus with it being so hot! Kept my drinks cool. Plenty of showers/toilets available. All clean. I was on the 4th floor at the back, so very quiet, didn't even hear any other guests. Only aspect of cleaning which needs attention is dusty vents and skirting, pictures rails, otherwise it was great. Good pillows, didn't really need a duvet in the heat, so just used the cover. Only thing that was slightly disappointing was the breakfast. A selection of 4 cereals, 1 boiled egg each and bread you could toast. No cold juices, no pastries. I would happily pay extra for more of a selection. That being said I'd definitely stay again, great price, great location - the little high street has everything you could need. I felt safe at all times in the area, even late at night, card entry only to the hostel and rooms.
