Do NOT bother staying here. We booked through VRBO and the property didn’t even send proper check in/out instructions. I had to chase them down to get the information. Then, they advertised they had parking available, which is why we booked the property in the first place, and when we reached out to the hosts before we arrived, they said parking was not available after all. We had to park our car at a car lot and walk 15min to the property and pay 100£ to park for 2 nights. Hot water does not work either. Several lamps didn’t work. We had to leave early for the airport and I looked everywhere for check out instructions and where to leave the keys and they provided us no instruction. Horrible experience with both this property and Expedia. Beware!!!

- SACO - The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.
- Group Policy: We consider a group to be 3 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Guests can request car parking but it is subject to availability and property will contact them and let them know prior to taking payment for the accommodations whether or not a parking space is available.
- We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee. Smoking Charge - £240 Lost Access Card Charge Free Hardkey replacement - £50 Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
