We stayed in the Ruby Stella for three nights. The hotel is very nice and well located for a London visit - in terms of getting there from i.e. Heathrow as well as for sightseeing purposes. The rooms are a little bit small, but clean and hence sufficient for a short visit. The service personnel is very friendly and caring. During our stay it was our daughter's 18th birthday and the crew at night as well as at the next morning happily helped us making the event special for her. So, as special thanks goes to Guiseppe, Alina, Adelina, Guilia and Patryk. We would definitely go back to the Ruby Stella on our next trip to London.
