The rooms were neat and clean, but we faced a few issues with the water taps and door locks. The door did not close properly, and despite calling the reception several times, no one answered. That said, the hospitality was excellent. All the staff members were very attentive in the reception and friendly , and always willing to help in person . And in residence no room service will be offered . As it was our first day in London, we were a bit confused about getting around, but they kindly assisted us with arranging a cab and getting large bottles of mineral water, which we really appreciated. The breakfast spread was average. Compared to Marriott Bonvoy hotels in India, the variety and selection were quite limited.
