Shared kitchens very dirty, people leave their dishes overnight and there’re flies and all kinds of bugs there. I caused none of it since I was away from the UK for three weeks and received an email accusing me of making the kitchen messy with threats of further action. And there were people partying on weekdays until hours after midnight, drinking singing and shouting, disturbing us and the overnight staff was talking through his phone to his friends/ family (???) doing nothing?? What is the “security” that PCV guarantees as shown on their website??
