Sowciouss apartment. It has laundry machine in the bedroom. A basic kitchen with oven and fridge. Good linens and new towels. Location is very good with Earl Court station 1 minute walking (you can go to Heathrow directly) . Lots of restaurants, groceries, cafes and bars. Bus stop also 1 block away.

  • At check-in, guests are required to physically present the credit card used to make the reservation. Please ensure you have the card with you as the property may refuse check-in. Presidential Apartments Kensington reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards a week prior to arrival. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This is applicable for foreign nationals and British residents. On arrival we take security deposit as preauthorisation on the credit/debit card. The amount is £25 a night, maximum of £100 per room. This block is being released on departure if no damage is caused. The length of release depends on your bank. Please note that some of the rooms are suitable for wheelchair users. Please contact the property to confirm the availability of accessible rooms before booking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
