We had a very hot weekend (30c). Slept with windows and sky lights open so some traffic noise. Comfortable for 5 middle aged men in London for a Spurs game. 30 mins bus ride to Tottenham High Road but walkable for fit people. Two shower rooms so 5 gents able to keep cool.3 double beds and 2 singles spread over 4 bedrooms plus extra space in the loft living room. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to find street parking spaces (charge). Host organised that for us and allowed us to drop bags off early. Good bus and train service locally. Wetherspoons nearby for quick cheap food and decent selection of cask ales but we walked to The Starting Gate for food the beers at The Prince, Bohem Tap Room and Goodness Brewing Tap Room
