We are regular customers of Premier Inn and have stayed in many locations around UK, but this was our first time in PI Holborn. We can honestly say it is one of the best PI. Location in very strategic. We took our granddaughter to see the play Harry Potter in Palace theatre, and we walked to the theatre from this hotel (18 minutes). Chinatown, Picadilly are nearby too. To go to/from London Victoria station We easily took bus no.38 which stops within 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The hallway of the hotel is wide and clean, carpet is nice too. Thecroom is quite big even for 3 people. The dinner (we took meal deal which is a very good deal, especially for London!) Was great ! Children get free dinner and breakfast too! This free meals for children (up to 15 years old) is a really added value of staying in PI chain! They know how to take a good care of their loyal customers!. Finally, our hats off to Ms. Gurdy at the breakfast room. She is an excellent ambassador of PI Holborn. She clearly enjoys her job. She made us (and many other customers) laughed, and at the same time being very kind, polite, professional, helpful and warm. For our granddaughter, Hilda, it was like having a meal at her Grandma's ! She loves it! Keep up the good work....we will be back !
