I checked in around 4:30 pm after a long day of being out all day hoping to get some rest before i head out for NYE celebrations. Upon self checking into the property, and entering my room, the room was in a terrible state and clearly being used by a man (images). This created instant panic for me as I worried someone has access to my room and that I do not have a room to rest in. The Room was also freezing cold as the previous user had the hairdryer plugged in instead of the heater. As a single female traveler there was no security measure and things could have been much worse if there was a man already in the room or if he entered the room whole i was in. I called the owner and was essentially told to wait one hour and head out. At this point i was exhausted so i didn’t head out and chose to stay in the dirty room. I only got the room back by 6pm. I have essentially used the room only from 7pm until 10am next day and was forced to stay here as no other accommodation was available 31st night Also it was no fun having to brush my teeth over the toilet as there is no sink???
