⚠️ DO NOT STAY HERE! A NIGHTMARE INFESTATION AND COWARDLY MANAGEMENT ⚠️ This is without a doubt the worst hotel experience of my life. Pelican London Hotel is a health hazard, and the management's handling of the situation is downright disgraceful. During our stay, we discovered a massive bed bug infestation that was actively spreading across multiple rooms simultaneously. When we confronted the staff, they offered nothing but deceptive, lying excuses to downplay the severity of the issue, treating a serious hygiene crisis like it was a minor inconvenience. To make matters worse, the hotel manager completely lacked the courage to face us. The manager never showed up, leaving the frontline staff to hide behind pathetic scripts. It was an absolute lack of accountability. Instead of taking immediate responsibility and helping us relocate, we were left stranded. It was not until well after midnight that they finally offered a completely inadequate and insulting compensation. By that time, it was virtually impossible to find and book another hotel room in London, forcing us to endure an incredibly stressful and unsafe situation. This place needs a visit from public health inspectors. Do yourself a favor, protect your health, and stay far away from this hotel.
