I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel during a work trip to London on July 14th. The hotel is situated in an excellent location. While the room size was somewhat limited, the level of customer service provided was exemplary. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Shahnawaz at the reception desk.
