Unfortunately we had an Basement room in the hotel Annexe across the road. The room was well appointed and comfortable but we had noise all through the night from the room above, so didn't sleep well at all. Another thing to mention the windows are sealed and cannot be opened! Breakfast in the main hotel building was very nice as were the staff we encountered.
