The apartment was very clean but unfortunately being on the last floor with the heat wave and no AC made our stay unpleasant. We needed to sleep with the windows open (they don't even open all the way) and there's construction nearby so it was very noisy from early in the morning. We asked the property if they could move us to a different apartment but they say they were completely booked (we saw people leaving the next day). We also reported the hot water not working and asked for extra towels and no member the staff showed up.
