Not recommended to book this hotel. Especially Asian. This hotel's service is not worth up to four-star standards! I booked three nights with deluxe twins bed with remark no basement level. The staff forced arrange basement level with single bed to me. Due to I felt super fear and uncomfortable. Then they offer another types of room( king size bed) without 2 beds. The air conditioner in room is out of service, window cannot open big. Only can rent the reception fan to room. The 2nd day, hotel still cannot arrange twins bed room to me , the manager promise refund 1 night to me. Until today , already 16 days no response from hotel ! Send email complaint without reply! Staff in hotel not friendly with Asia customer! ! The staff only say ‘ sorry ‘ with mouth, then no action will do. Poor service and poor management ! ! After booking, you will feel 99.5% angry! This hotel as same as opposite park grand ( under same group company)

- Pay per phone parking is available outside the hotel and is free on Sunday and after 13.30 Saturday.
- The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements.
- Payment Information (Multiple Bookings): If you make a reservation for 5 rooms or more, the hotel will charge your credit card with 25% of the total booking cost at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable. The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 14 days before your arrival date. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements.
- Cancellation Policy (Multiple Bookings): If you make a reservation for 5 rooms or more, cancellations made less than 28 days before arrival will result in the hotel charging your credit card with the cost of the entire reservation.
- In case of advance purchase bookings: The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements.
