I picked this hostel after having a great experience at OneFam Batilló in Barcelona, knowing the vibe would be very young and lively, to say the least. It is definitely a “party” hostel. Everyone takes part in the activities and really tries to involve each other: might not be for the lonely traveller (not the solo, two very different things), but that’s exactly what makes the atmosphere so good. The staff is young and I found them all to be super friendly. Lara!! Mikey!! But truly, everyone there was so very lovely. I’d say the rooms and bathrooms could use a bit of a reup. The rooms mostly in terms of cleanliness, and the bathrooms both for that (although the staff was always so quick to sort things out) and for the way the spaces are managed. The neighbourhood is incredible, making every walk in the morning feel magical and just being such a great way to dive into the city and live it a little more like a local. Will definitely come back to the fam!
