So I booked this hotel for 1 night , after realizing the check in times I rung them to request a late checkin as I was attending a concert and couldn't make the 10pm deadline. I was told this should be ok and I'd get a notification back. I DIDNT GET ANY CONFIRMATION. On multiple occasions I emailed them and again no reply. You cant get through to anyone at the hotel directly ,nor do they reply to any emails. I turned up at the hotel on the chance that it would be ok ,but nobody there ,cant get into the hotel. This resulted in me having to stay elsewhere 😒 money lost as it shows that I was a no show. How can a hotel run like this? Shocking .👎
