We had a lovely stay overall. Before booking, we called the hotel specifically to confirm that we would be able to check in early because we were arriving in London early in the morning. We were told over the phone that early check-in would be available. However, when we arrived at 10:00 a.m., we weren’t able to check into our room until 1:00 p.m., which left us stranded outside with our suitcases after a long flight. That was disappointing and could have been communicated more clearly. That said, Rose, who works at the hotel, was incredibly kind, helpful, and did everything she could to accommodate us and see if our room could be made available sooner. Her excellent customer service really made a difference. Once we got into our room, it was amazing—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Despite the frustrating start, we had a wonderful stay overall. Thank you to Rose for going above and beyond!
