We booked a room in the basement, the hotel looks quite nice online. When we arrived it was 23 degrees outside on the room it was 29 degrees. We turned on the thermostat and set it to 19 set the fan to high and nothing happened. We went to reception and asked if they could take a look, as the room was intolerable with no window to open. The receptionist who I'm sure has the same complaint from everyone who stays in the room, told us that we chose to have a room with no ac and there was nothing they could do. Utter crap, don't stay here, choose a hotel that won't put you in an underground death oven and sneer at you when you have the cheek to ask for help.
