There was no instruction how to use facilities in the room. How to use the air con, nightmare to use and how to inform cleaner if needed room cleaning all digital. Stairs very steep and narrow and need to be fit, difficulty carrying suitcase, aware there was no lifts when booked. But staff pleasant, very clean, everything you need but rooms very small. Location brilliant as booked to attend concert at the Roundhouse.
