We had the family room with 2 full beds and a twin. It was a perfect location near Portobello Road market. The room and bathroom was very clean, had a hair dryer and fit our family of four. I gave it 5 stars because for the price and location we couldn’t have asked for more. The front desk held our bags until we were ready to leave. If you’re a large person the shower is small. But it worked for all of us.
