I stayed at Native Apartments Marylebone Lane for 12 nights and had a mixed experience. While the location is prime, security is strong, the maintenance team is responsive, and the Wi-Fi is reliable, the apartment itself is in desperate need of an upgrade. The furniture is outdated including a broken, stained sofa, the master bedroom is fine, but the second room is tiny, the bathroom had a persistent odor, the old AC is hard to use, and poor curtains let light in all day. To make matters worse, check-out was frustratingly rigid and staff were rude when we requested just ten extra minutes to pack. I would not return unless they clean or replace the furniture and install proper curtains.
