My experience began like I had booked at Fawlty Towers. Good early check in then I left my bag till the room was ready. When finally I entered my room the big surprise... No AC at all. The room was hot and humid with no chance either to open the window apart from a bit slice. So why a four stars average evaluation? That is that's to their manager Christian who took in charge the problem, was very professional and kind, and granted a change of room since the following day and a saving in the price. This kind of problems unfortunately happens in this hot seasons and when the hotel is fully booked the only value you can find is a professional staff and that is what I found. Apart for that inconvenience the hotel is good, great location and good services. I did non give 5 stars as some improvement in the building and rooms is needed. Also the breakfast was good but not so various and excellent. In any case, as general evaluation, after all, it had been a good experience and I recommend it if you search for a pale in the city near to transports and the center.
