Booked a stay and was informed at the last minute that they were no longer able To accommodate me. They did get me an accommodation at another of their locations but, the new apartment did not match the square footage or aesthetic I originally booked and they refused to allow me to cancel the star or to accommodate my physical restrictions, placing me on the highest level of the new building.

- This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card.
