  • The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorization. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorization on arrival as was used for payment.
  • The cardholder must match the name on the booking and the cardholder must be present at check-in and show a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.
  • Please make sure you include all guests on your booking, and choose an apartment with enough beds for all guests. If you arrive with additional guests, or require an apartment with a sofa bed and have not booked one, extra charges will apply. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged a penalty.
  • Please be aware that Marlin operates a strict no-party, no gathering policy. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • For bookings of more than 1 night, failure to check-in by 09:00 on the day after your booked arrival date, without prior notification that you intend to arrive at a later date, may result in your reservation being canceled.
  • Please note that images are for illustrative purposes; the actual apartment may differ.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. I stayed in Marlin Limehouse for more than 2 months with my family and I have had a wonderful stay. A very peaceful and quiet environment, you would’nt believe that the apartment is just by a busy roadside. I want to thank the maintenance staff Dorel and Simon for their friendliness and always helping last minute works. I want to thank the house keeping team for their kindness. I want to thank the receptionists and Manager for their help in soo many ways . Big thank you to the receptionist Mulla for always for coming out his way to help. I appreciate all. Book this apartment anytime your in London, you will not regret
