Marble Apartments Effra Court

Booked the Brixton apartment. Incorrect apartment number on confirmation email. Nobody there to let us in, it took us over 90 minutes to get in which meant we were late to our event. Nobody answered the phone number provided to us ahead of arrival when nobody was there to let us in. Apartment was trashed when we got there. Broken blinds and no curtains on window next to bed right next to a road on the ground floor so anyone could see in. We found what looked like blood on the cupboards in the kitchen. No toilet roll. TV remote didn't work, no way to turn on TV without remote. No hot water. Refused a refund apart from "not charging us for using the sofa bed linens" (only alternative being sleeping in plain view of people on the street given no curtains in the bedroom)
