Arriving in Liverpool from the English countryside, we were checked in with a very professional, business-like style, but everyone was extremely polite. The rooms were very clean, dinner was excellent, and breakfast was wholesome and hearty. This will definitely be our go-to spot whenever we come back to the UK. Highly recommended!"
