Lovely 2 Bedroom Apartment With Garden, South Bank Westminster

DO NOT BUY from Canary Wharf Group! I bought a property at Southbank Place and the pictures prove the dismal workmanship and dealing with snags. I was handed a property with paint marks on carpet, wooden planks out of position, bent pillars and tiles in the bathroom walls. I had to replace my carpets at £640 because they refused and spend THOUSANDS of pounds on the other snags that Canary Wharf failed to complete. They were not responsive and have a system iSnag where snags are recorded but were not closed. They even forgot to remove their pen-marks before handing the property over. I reported staining on bathroom tiles in the defect period and they did not remedy these issues which is a design issue. ALL the apartments have sub flooring which is moving and causing the tiles/grout to break which means water seeps through and stains the tiles and can cause water damage! I’ve been dealing with this since 2021 with Scott Nicholas of Canary Wharf. There is a design issue with the bathrooms and he was aware of this defect early on when residents started settling in the building. Some bathroom subfloors have been replaced but not all. I don’t have to write much, you just have to look at the photos. Would you expect a "luxury property" to be like this...?
