We had a wonderful stay. The rooms are beautiful and incredibly cozy. The shower was amazing, the heated toilet seat was such a lovely surprise, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. A special thank you to Muhammad in the restaurant for his genuine warmth and outstanding service, and to Costa at the front desk for his kindness and professionalism. One area with room for improvement is the doorman and concierge service. While they were professional, they were not genuinely warm or welcoming, especially compared with the exceptional hospitality shown by the rest of the team. The only other suggestion is to be more transparent about the daily service charge before checkout. We are always happy to tip for excellent service, but guests should be informed before the charge is added to the bill. We truly loved our stay, and whenever we return to London, this will definitely be our hotel of choice.
