Great hotel and facilities. Staff super friendly in all areas. Breakfast had a great offering, well topped up and well managed. Used the gym and that is available 24 hours a day and it is well equipped. Didn't use the pool and whilst small, seem adequate to relax and chill. The only let down on my stay was one of the lifts were out of order and after staying there 3 nights it was not fixed within that time - challenging on the 10th floor! The other kept on getting stuck inconsistently which meant guests had to use the staff lift through corridors and staff areas - thank goodness I didn't gry stuck in the lift! I think the lift support contract needs to be upgraded! Other than that, it was a great stay, the bedroom was clean and well kept and linen was soft. Well done!
