DONT EXPECT ANY SUPPORT DURING A HEAT WAVE - YOU WONT HAVE IT the entrance experience: there's a construction going on in the building space and, on day light it can be quite ok, but when i arrived in the evening i felt extremely unsafe as a woman. even though the lights will turn on via the sensor, it took me some time to find the right door as it was pitch dark when i arrived and the limehouse door is not the first one you see. it kind crashed the experience for me. then, i arrived in the middle of the heat wave. temperatures were almost 30 degrees at night and during the day it was averaging 37 degrees. the building has no cooling system, it gets REALLY hot inside. then, on first night, the fan (which was also supposed to be an AC) wasn't working! i had to sleep with the windows open. I reached out to the support team via whatsapp and they said they would have someone coming on the following day to fix the problem. no one came. the same pattern repeated for all my 4 nights of stay. it was completely unbearable. the fact that they kept telling me that someone would come and nobody ever showed up. the solution could be as simple as order a new fan via amazon to be there the following day but no one did that. i barely slept all 4 nights and i was there for work, which made me really exhasuted and impacted the results of my business trip. i hated the experience and the way they handled it, im extremely upset.
