- Please inform K West Hotel & Spa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The spa and gym facilities are now re-open.
- There is an additional charge of GBP 25 per person for hotel guests wishing to use the spa for 1 hour. This must be pre-booked in advance. Only guests aged 18 and older can enter K Spa.
- At check-in, you must have a Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card.

A beautiful and stylish hotel with a lovely interior design. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the nearest metro station. There was some construction work taking place during our stay, which was a little disturbing. However, the hotel manager handled the situation very professionally and quickly accommodated us, which we really appreciated. The hotel also has a great restaurant, and they even organized public viewing events, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
