JOIVY Trendy Islington Flat for 2 with Patio

Worst experience ever. I had zero sleep and a highly stressful experience due to a faulty fire alarm that went off 3 times in the night/early morning. Three times out in the street waiting for the fire brigade who confirmed the faulty equipment was the cause. Company was not contactable during the night - there's no staff at this accommodation. Company did everything they could not to compensate me, I eventually got half of my money back. They said they couldn't offer a full refund because I had utilised the facilities and stayed for the duration of my booking. What was I supposed to do, try to sleep in the street to avoid the noise? They don't care about your comfort. Don't stay here. I even got an automated message from them telling me they'd detected high noise levels! Yep, that would be your broken fire alarm. Awful.
