Fail to understand the criticism of the hotel. The staff is great. Rooms are (yes small but) decent. The amenities include the gym and saunas, a nice reading room in the lobby and breakfast is fine too. Yes there is some noise time to time but it’s in a busy part of London so you can heard some chatter towards the street. It’s right nearby paddington station and Hyde park.
