The owner is profit-driven, without incurring any costs. After booking through Booking.com, the owner demands an additional £150 or to clean up after the previous guests themselves. This is unacceptable and unethical. Despite customer service's intervention, hand over the apartment dirty, five hours late. The apartment was dirty and probably hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for a very long time. The wardrobe and radiator are broken, and judging by previous comments, there's no desire to fix them.
