Icon Tower Flat IX

I have been a resident of Flat 701 at Icon Tower since June 2026, and I am deeply disappointed with the management (AWOL) of this building Nearly a month after moving in, I still cannot access the gym. My initial enquiries were met with complete silence. I was eventually told I needed to complete a biometric video registration but no link was provided. It then emerged that a joining fee was required, which I paid immediately. The payment has been sitting with the accounts team ever since, with no one apparently able to confirm whether it has been received. Is it a problem to provide access while waiting? Should they loose something or what? Getting internet connected has proven equally baffling. I was given contradictory information - told first that it couldn’t be done by AWOL in my case, then that it could and yet nearly a week later, I remain without a connection. Although the equipment is already in the apartment. In 2026, this should take an afternoon. Every request is met with delays, contradictions, or silence. The reception staff are helpful and do their best, but the management company behind them is simply not doing its job.
