A 15 minute walk from the nearest tube , but there are generally cabs outside. Service is amazing and rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Probably the best showers I have ever experienced. Be warned do not pay extra for a balcony AND a view, the Balcony rooms are so low down you CANNOT see Big Ben as promised , you can see trees, a tiny bit of the river and a grotty river overflow, you will also have the noise from the party boat moored directly opposite. If you want a balcony .. fine, if you want the view book a room on the upper floors without the balcony. Breakfast is pretty ok but not great. Lunch in Potus is good but pricey. The roof top restaurant, Mezamiso, is not the romantic destination you'd expect, there are very few tables with views unless you fancy the shisha. The food is good , but the venue is confused. Weekends there is a dj which is loud and not appropriate for such a small venue so conversation is best left for later or choose a less confused place to eat. The food is ok though but really over priced - you are essentially paying for the not so good views. I expect better of Hyatt so a little dissapointed. Have downgraded my star rating because of a total lack of customer service or accountability regarding the misdescribing of rooms. Will end up being a credit card charge back , which I was trying to avoid
