The petite room was advertised on the Hotel website as having tea and coffee making facilities and a desk space. It had neither. We were provided with tea to drink and then a kettle and tea bags and milk when I asked. The person I spoke to seemed unaware of the description on the website. The staff were quick to provide what I wanted, as best as they could, and polite. The room was more suited to a single guest. One small bedside table and had one reading lamp. It was uncomfortable for two people and difficult to move around, especially with the kettle on the floor at the foot of the bed. The room was clean, stylish and had good air-conditioning and sound proofing. We paid £265 for this very small room and was then charged a £13.25 service charge, which was removed. The description needs to be more accurate.
