In a great location with quick access to Leicester Square Station. Reasonably quiet as rooms have double-glazed windows. We were on level 3 and found the noise level to be perfectly comfortable. We had breakfast included in our stay and found the restaurant on level 9 very pleasant. Room service was available but we didn’t use it. The room was comfortable but the lack of a shower door meant we had to use a towel to stop water going all over the bathroom. Overall good value considering the location and room.
