It's a really good apartment, fair price, all the amenities - easily would throw a 5 star review out, but their booking process is really awful, you need to throw ID at them, extra security deposit holds and personal information that is just completely not necessary for a hotel or apartment, and at odds with easy booking you'll see at hotels, AirBnb, etc. I don't know if they've had significant problems with people staying with them in the past, but whatever the case, the booking process is horrible and really needs to improve. The room was great, location is good and spotlessly clean, so housekeeping is obviously spot on.
