Absolutely appalling experience. The receptionist refused to let an elderly, unwell woman use the loo, even after she showed an NHS emergency card that is specifically issued for such situations, as her illness affects the digestive system. I've never encountered such rudeness or lack of basic compassion in any establishment. Utterly unacceptable.
