Lovely hotels, great team and very high standards of cleanliness. The room is always spotless after the cleaners come, and everyone is very lovely ❤️ It’s a budget hotel, so if you are expecting a luxury hotel, I think a lot of the reviews below are people expecting luxury service at budget prices - you get what you pay for and at the asking price this is the best in the area. If you are planning to spend a lot of time out and about in a central location, have somewhere clean and safe to stay - this is a great choice. It’s London, so there are always noises and people on the streets - but the room is isolated and has a locked door so you are safe from anything happening outside.
